Starting our Spanish Journey in Andalusia, Southern Spain, a fascinating destination for wine and food touring with its beautiful and historic Sherry wine cellars, its stylish new vineyards around Ronda and up-and-coming wine estates near Arcos de la Frontera. Our tour begins in Málaga, and over the course of the next week, we visit some extraordinary places including the Moorish citadel of Granada, romantic Seville, the mountain hamlet of Grazalema, and the breathtaking little village of Ronda, finishing in the Sherry Triangle, clustered around Jerez. Moving into Portugal, our journey starts in Lisbon, the city that launched some of the world’s most renowned explorers. Following the Douro River through Portugal and into Spain, cruising past steeply terraced hillsides, quaint villages and acres of ripe vineyards on the ultra-inclusive Uniworld S.S.
